The swimming course is suitable throughout the year. Thanks to different water and air temperatures, the body is hardening. Swimming is one of the best forms of rehabilitation for the spine problems and it also brings relaxing effects for kids, improves their coordination and increases the feeling of satisfaction and happiness.
In this newly renovated pool, we train children of different ages, but of course not at the same time in one group. After registration we assign them based on age and level of swimming skills to the small groups, where they can find new friends usually in the same age. As soon as we find that the child is advancing, we gradually reclassify him among better and more advanced swimmers in order to motivate them to discover more and more possibilities and skills. This course is therefore suitable for all swimming categories - both beginners and advanced swimmers!BONUS: Parents, you can join the course as well!A TERAZ BONUS: Na kurz sa môžete pridať aj vy, rodičia! Under the guidance of our coach, you can also do something for yourself, your health, and improve your swimming technique. PLAVÁREŇ ZŠ HOLÍČSKA

Kurz plávania pre deti je vhodný počas celého roka. Detský organizmus sa jednak vďaka rozdielnej teplote vody a vzduchu otužuje (prevencia pred chorobami hlavne v zimných mesiacoch), plávanie je jednou z foriem rehabilitácie pri problémoch s chrbticou, pôsobí na deti relaxačne, zlepšuje koordináciu a zvyšuje pocit spokojnosti a šťastia.
V tomto čerstvo zrekonštruovanom bazéne trénujeme detičky rôzneho veku, pochopiteľne ale nie naraz v jednej skupine. Po zápise ich priraďujeme na základe veku a úrovne plaveckých schopností, resp. doposiaľ nadobudnutých skúseností s plávaním, do maličkých skupiniek, kde si nachádzajú kamarátov približne rovnakého veku. Ako náhle zisťujeme, že dieťa napreduje, preraďujeme ho postupne medzi lepších a pokročilejších plavcov, aby bolo motivované objavovať viac a viac svojich možností a šikovnosti.Tento kurz je preto vhodný pre všetky plavecké kategórie - ako začiatočníkov, tak pokročilých plavcov!Naša metodika plávania je pripravená tak, aby sa predchádzalo stresujúcim situáciám zo strachu z vody. Naši tréneri k deťom pristupujú individuálne a komunikáciu prispôsobujú každému dieťaťu. Deti si osvoja rôzne štýly plávania a našou snahou je ich výkony zlepšovať.
Informácie pre rodičov: Na tréningu nemôžete byť prítomní. Svoje dieťa odovzdáte príslušnému trénerovi pri vstupe, kde si ho tréner prevezme. Ak má Vaše dieťa do 6 rokov môžete ho odprevadiť do šatne a pomôcť s prezliekaním, následne však musíte priestory opustiť. Treba mať povinne prezuvky alebo ísť do priestorov šatní a bazéna bosí. Ak sa stane, že danú hodinu neabsolvujete, môžete si do skončenia daného kurzu všetky vymeškané hodiny nahradiť po dohode s nami.
